STEAM GENERATION Steam Generation Boat made of SS 304 placed inside the chamber at the bottom of Evaporator Coil with SS Wet Heater.
SEALING AND LATCH:
The door and chamber are interfaced with a double silicon gasket to reduce heat transfer to the exterior panels. easy to use toggle latch. This applies the adequate amount of pressure on the double silicon gaskets for perfect sealing. CASTER WHEELS: Environmental Test Chamber is supplied with the inbuilt facility of Heavy Duty Castor wheels for easy movement with Front Wheel Locking Facility.
PORT HOLE:
25/50/80 mm dia. Port holes are provided with Rubber closure to plug when not in use. INSULATION: In Environmental Test Chamber The Gap between the walls is filled with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulation.
HEATING:
Sealed Inconel heaters are located behind test space in the path of the circulated air. They are properly insulated to with stand high and low temperatures and high surface temperature on the heater surface. The system is protected from overheating with the help of a bimetallic strip which cuts-off the heater when the temperature exceeds a predefined limit.
AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM:
The forced air circulation system provided in the chamber circulates air from the test space, over the cooling and heating coils and back into the test space. Door interlock synchronized with the air circulation system
