Warranties and Liability
All repair and maintenance work comes with a limited service warranty, the duration of which is defined in the individual service agreement. ROCH Mechatronics Inc. is not liable for:
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Third-party service interventions
Data or research losses resulting from equipment downtime
Payment Terms
Pricing for services, spare parts, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) will be detailed in individual quotations or contracts. Payments must be made as per agreed schedules. Delays may result in suspension of services. Currency and payment method may vary by region (e.g., INR for India operations, CAD for Canada operations) as specified in the applicable quotation or contract.
Intellectual Property
All product specifications, training materials, and documentation shared by ROCH Mechatronics Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company and must not be duplicated or redistributed without written permission.
