Construction
- THE INNER CHAMBER is made of heavy gauge solid Stainless Steel sheet.
- OUTER BODY – double walled constructed out of Cold Rolled Powder Coated.
- Stainless Steel Tubular heater is fitted for better circulation
- Microprocessor Based Advance CKD Programmable controller provides automatic operation of variable temperature, humidity value
- The stainless steel shelves are adjustable and perforated, making them easy to clean and highly resistant to corrosion.
- Technical Design and Construction Silent fan motor to maintain uniform temperature and humidity.
- Circulation motor for water injection in routine model inside the control unit & Chamber.
Heating and Cooling Mode
- Cooling: An energy-efficient cooling unit is installed in our temperature and humidity control cabinets to enable bio chemical demand, cyclic and growth studies at lower room temperatures.
- HEATING: Sealed Inconel heaters are located behind test space in the path of the circulated air.
They are properly insulated to with stand high and low temperatures and high surface temperature on the heater surface.
The system is protected from overheating with the help of a bimetallic strip which cuts-off the heater when the temperature exceeds a predefined limit.

Illumination

INSULATION:
In Insect Test Chamber the Gap between the walls is filled with Polyurethane Foam (PUF) Insulation.
AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM:
The forced air circulation system provided in the chamber circulates air from the test space, over the cooling and heating coils and back into the test space.
